An engagement typically includes an initial assessment of the project’s environmental position, detailed carbon and lifecycle modelling, a prioritised set of recommendations tailored to the project’s budget and timeline, and ongoing support as the design develops and construction begins. Where certification is part of the picture, our work produces documentation ready for BREEAM, WELL or other reporting requirements. We get involved early — ideally before the design is fixed — because that is when the most meaningful and cost-effective improvements are still possible.
